Welcome to the website of HOLMES PITTMAN & HARAGUCHI.  We are glad you have taken the time to look and learn more about us.  We think you will find our site offers you something different than what you would find on most lawyers' sites.  We tell you the things we know we are good at, we tell you specifically when we think other people are better, and we tell you what we do not do so no one wastes their time.

We also have a page where we talk directly about what our and others' legal work costs, and various ways we can deal with the fact that everything is too expensive today.

Finally we talk about attitude.  In some ways, we think attitude is one of the most important things you should know about a law firm before you hire them. 

Our three partners are trial attorneys; they are schooled and experienced in trying cases.  While our specialty is in the government and commercial contracts litigation area, we do other litigation as well as this website discusses.  Part of being a good trial attorney is being prepared to take cases to trial and not listen to other people telling you that you cannot win.  The only way you win at trial is by going to trial, and we do that for our clients.
